How much does inspection cost?

Every car listed for auction requires an inspection. Awami members pay PKR 2,000 per car, while VIP members get two inspections free and pay the same for additional auction bookings. Standalone Autofy inspections without an auction listing cost PKR 3,500.

Car Mandi offers two packages: Awami Package (Free) gives 50 bids per month, inspections cost PKR 2,000 per auction, and featured listings are an extra PKR 1,000. VIP Package (PKR 20,000/month) includes unlimited bids, 2 free inspections, and 5 featured listings.

How do I pay for inspections or packages?

Payments are made securely via Credit/Debit Card, JazzCash Wallet, or Bank Transfer at the time of booking or checkout.

Are there any hidden fees for buyers?

No hidden fees. Buyers pay only when they win an auction: the final bid amount (directly to the seller) and a buyer fee of PKR 5,000 to Car Mandi after a successful transaction.

What is the seller success fee?

Sellers pay 0.5% of the car's final sale value or PKR 10,000 (whichever is higher) when their car sells.

How long do auctions run?

Every auction runs for 14 days. Sellers can monitor bids in their dashboard, and buyers are notified instantly if they are outbid.

How does bidding work?

Bidding is quota-based. Awami users receive 50 bids each month. VIP users enjoy unlimited bidding plus VIP quotas. Bids reset monthly, and VIP members also get 2 free inspections and 5 featured listings.

What if the reserve price is not met?

If bidding doesn't reach the seller's hidden reserve price, the auction shows Reserve Not Met. The seller then has 24 hours to accept, reject, or negotiate with the top bidder.

If a winning bidder fails to complete the purchase, they may face penalties or account suspension.

Can I relist my car if it doesn't sell?

Yes. Unsold cars can be relisted once for free if you're on the VIP Package.
